Our form submissions have once again stopped being e-mailed to: email@example.com despite me adding the e-mail to our safe list. Please advise. Thank you.

I checked our logs and I saw that your email is in our Bounce list again and the reason is below:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I removed it again so your submission should go through now.
If you whitelisted our domains please check this guide in order to prevent such issues.
Also you can check if your email is in our Bounce list if you go to My Account-Settings:
