My account was auto-suspended

    My account was auto-suspended.  Please advise.

    Your account "PHSSFLORIDA" has been reactivated.

    Our phishing detector system suspended your account. I see your forms do not violate our terms of use, however, the "Username" and "Password" words, in your form's text, is causing the suspension. Those words are flagged in the system as the most used in phishing forms.

    I have white-listed the forms, but it is not a guarantee that it won't happen again, so I would suggest you removing those words.
