Hi. We have done several tests and when we hit the "submit" button we never receive the application or notification that we have a submission on our form. The email address is correct email@example.com thanks! Heather

In order to properly test a form, you need to do a real submission: https://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address-
Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Also, I would recommend you to white-list our domain names, to prevent bouncing issues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender:
