Client got a message saying there was a problem with my email so PayPal would not go through...

    Client tried to pay and received a message saying there was a problem with "the PayPal email address supplied by the seller."  I am using my correct email address, and it matches the one I use on PayPal...any ideas on what went wrong?

    The Paypal account information on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/60635297221151 was not correctly configured.

     

    then in account configuration screen

    --

    The Paypal account should be an email account (paypal account).

    Please correct this on your form, and this should resolve the issue.

    Let us know if issue still remains.
