    Looking at my form from a mobile device, if you choose the payment option for a credit card, the form drops down, and makes it impossible for you to hit the "SUBMIT" button. I dont know what kind of changes you guys made to your program, but they F*cking suck. Ive been using this form for 4 or 5 years, now all of a sudden, I got an ass of customers saying they cant order, all the while I'm spending near a grand a month promoting this service.

    Can you please get again the iframe publish code of your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/31275280534956

    Cannot click the submit button on the form Image 1 Screenshot 30

    I think there is a problem on the current embedded iframe code because it is different from what jotofrm generates. I see it on the embdded form on your webstie page.

    Make sure to clear/remove first the previous script codes embedded on your website before you add again the newly publish iframe code.

    Let us know if issue still persist even after doing this.

    The only way I could stop it from happening, is by making the font smaller and I had to delete some input fields that I kind of need. Moonfruit, where my site was built is only allowing me to stretch the form vertically by 2800 pixels. Which is fine, until someone chooses to pay with a credit card, and then everything shifts down, along with the submit button, and then the submit button disapears, My formed worked perfect for years. I cant tell what changed, either JotForm changed something about the forms's size, and to make it bigger, or Moonfruit changed how big they would allow you to size an embedded form. Which could it be?

    I checked again the website where the form  https://www.jotformpro.com/form/61816482477970   was embedded, and I found that there were actually 2 iframe in the page where you have positioned the embedded form.

    Cannot click the submit button on the form Image 1 Screenshot 20

    The script part of th 2nd iframe could was causing the heigh size issue.

    I am sorry, I have to ask you to try again a new option.

    Steps:

    #1 Please remove the currently embedded form on the page.

    #2 Save your page

    #3 Use the iframe embed code below to re-embed the form on your website.

        <iframe

          id="JotFormIFrame"

          onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

          allowtransparency="true"

          src="https://form.jotform.com/61816482477970"

          frameborder="0"

          style="width:100%;

          height:539px;

          border:none;"

          scrolling="no">

        </iframe>

    #4 Save your page

    Then, check again if the form is being displayed fully now on the website.

    Let us know if this still did not resolve the issue.

    When I checked the website again, I actually see the full form on my browser.

    Cannot click the submit button on the form Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I see that you have embedded the form using the script embed code instead. Can you please confirm that it is working now as it should?

    My concern about using the script embed code is that it could cause conflict among the other existing script on your website page. So I suggested using iframe embed code.

    I will wait for your updated response.

    Thank you for the clarification. I see the new form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/31275280534956 was working on the website now.

    Will this resolution resolve the issue?   Or do you still want to use the other form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/61816482477970 instead on your website.

    Actually the form itself do not have the same issue when using its own URL https://www.jotformpro.com/form/61816482477970 . So it was due to the embedded issue only on the website.

    Perhaps you can try creating an new test page on your website, and embed the form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/61816482477970 there. This way we can troubleshoot it separately why the form is not working when on your website.

    Please let us know how we can be of further assistance.
