    Users being able to edit submitted forms

    Hello please help.

     

    I have created a form which works perfectly. After 10 submissions no problem BUT the user who created and submited the form can go back into previous ones and change data?

     

    How can i stop this from happening??

    Your users should be getting the edit link, but I could not find it in the emails nor thank you page.

    I'm not sure if you removed the edit link from there, if not, I would suggest you to add this widget to your form: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

    This guide will help you to add the widget: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

    Then add a condition, for example, if the widget contains "edit" hide fields and submit button:

    So you will avoid users to edit their previous submission.

    This does not help me. 

     Is there not a simple way to enforce protocol that once a form is submitted it cannot be changed???.... This is how business works...

    Unfortunately this is not available, your users are getting the edit link from something that is sent to them, I checked your forms and I could not find any auto-responder, the email sent to your submitter.

    Otherwise they will not know how to get the edit link, I would suggest you to double check all the info that has been given to them and ensure the edit link has not been provided. 

    If you want we can escalate this thread to our second level as a feature request, but do note that this may take some time to be implemented, it will be considered if there are more users requesting the same.
