I need to upgrade. Neither my paypal nor my credit card are going through your system

    I used my crdit card this afternoon, 3-23-2012, without problems. Please advise. I do not want our account to be disabled. Thank you.

    Can you try to clear the browser cache and cookies and then re login to your Jotform account. After logging in please visit the following url to upgrade:
