    Emails NOT arriving

    Hello,

     

    I am trying to set up my sub users and am on a silver plan.

     

    only one of five people are receiving them and it is all run within the company email so i dont see why some people would have problems and others not if we are all under the same settings.

    I checked the email addresses and found only one of them in our bounce list, here is the email and the reason: 

    F**********d.H*@u*i-s**n.c**.au - Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

    You can also check the email address and remove them from our bounce list if you find them there, here is a guide that will help you with that: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
