Also, is there a way to have a form password protected so you have to put a password in to open the form?
    Thanks

Please note that we do not allow the use of password fields in the forms, however, you can still achieve your requirement by using an "Access Key" that will open the form if they enter the correct key. Simply follow the steps below:

    1. Add a form collapse field above all the fields.

    2. Add a textbox field on top of the form collapse and label it as Access Key.

    3. Now add a Show/Hide condition that will either show the rest of the form if the key is correct.

Save the condition and the form and you're all set. Here's a demo so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/61790925092966. Simply enter the access key 12345 to show the rest of the fields. You can also clone the form to your account and use it if you wish.
