Populate an appointment schedule

Hi

I have an sporting event where clients are required to register for team photos at one of two venues over three days.

I have the registration form on my website and it is working fine, but i would like to also give clients the option to lock in a photo time, and once locked in will show other clients which spots are filled and which are still free.

Is this something that can be done with Jotforms?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to use photo time lock feature which allows the user to take a photo, save it and then set a time when the photo can be opened and viewed. In addition to that, your other client will able to view those photos. Is it correct?

If it is yes, I am sorry to say that it is not possible with JotFrm. However, I will investigate your workflow and if I find a solution, I will let you know via this thread. Otherwise, I will send a feature request to our developers for you.

Hi, thanks for the reply. No, that's not what I'm trying to achieve sorry.

With my current form, clients complete their details to let us know that they would like to register to have their sport team photo taken (we take the photo). Currently, after we receive the form we call the client, ask what venue they will be at and then book in a time to take the photo.

What i would like to do is have an option for the client to select a venue and time from calendar (only 1-3 days). Once they have selected the day, time and venue that time is shown as booked and future clients would need to select a different time.

For example, a client might want to book in 09:30 - 09:45 on Monday at Venue A

Thank you for providing more details about your concern and sorry for misunderstanding.  If you want to create a reservation for your customers it is possible with Jotform. I suggest you check our Reservation form widget and appointment slots widget. At that time, you can show your users what times are available for an appointment or you can prevent submitting at the same time.

However, the reservation widget is limited to reserving dates so your clients will not able to choose time for that. To solve that issue, you can use Appointment Slots widget and you can enter the time and dates manually as you see below:
