Why does the jotform contact formular look diefferent on the website?Asked by Miriam on June 28, 2016 at 02:15 AM
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
first of all sorry for my bad english!! But I hope you can understand my question anywhere.
I've got a mobile website and a normal website. Since I entered my contact formular in the mobile version, it doesn't really work on the normal one.
Whatever I do, in magix it looks absolutely normal, but when I upload the site, it's too slim.
I would like to have the words NEXT to the box und not above.
In the presetting I entered 800px for the width, my Site has 1000px.
And in the edit properties I said, that the text should stand on the left side. But it doesn't work.
I send you a picture so that you can better understand my problem.
Can you help me?
Would be so glad!! Thank you!!!
Greetings from Germany!

First of all, your English is not bad, I am able to understand your concern without any issues.=) Could you please indicate the URL of your page that you've embedded your form? This will help us better analyze the problem. We will wait for your response.
Hey, thank you for your quick answer! :)
Thank you for providing the URL of your website. However, I am not able to view your website.
We would appreciate it if you could provide the correct URL again.
Oh, I am sorry.
An then it's the 5th one: "Reservierungsanfrage"
I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having when I view your form on your website. Could you re-embed your form with Iframe method as you see below:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/61803817363356" frameborder="0" style="width:auto !important; height:690px !important; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>
We would appreciate it if you could also test it on your side and let us know the result. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
It works now! Thank you very much!! :))
