    Hi guys.

Ive tried everything and cant figure it out, how can I change the action on the form to a file in my server without affecting the form appearance? The multiple flie upload fileds to be precise, once I change the action file to my file looks as if I had removed the css styles to the multiple files fields.

with this action, the form looks fine
    form class="jotform-form" action=""

but as soon as I modify to makepdf.php the action the multiple form field loose their css style
    form class="jotform-form" action="makepdf.php"

Ive downloaded the source code and uploaded the css and js folders into the server next to the form but if I do it like that looks like the multiple file fields (CFP, W & B, PERF fields) are missing the css, well almost all the form looses the style sheet formatting.

As should be on the jotform site

    My site

I want to send the information from the form to a file named makepdf.php in the same folder

Fixed, there where a couple of errors in the source code, wrong path with pastel.css file and I had to remove this part from the form tag ( name="form_20828071998869" id="20828071998869" accept-charset="utf-8" ) so it could display correctly the multiple file boxes if I changed the action in the form.

    regads, great site BTW

That's actually very interesting. I'll run some tests later on some of my own forms and see if I get similar results. Perhaps this is something that ought to be put in our user guide.

    Thanks for the information.

Sorry it was the  class="jotform-form" property in the form tag the one that seems to be messing the form formatting with the multiple upload file fields
