    I created a form and included the options of collecting payments using Paypal.  Most of my submitters are not paying through this system but every submittal is coming in as a form using th epayment option.  These as you know are limited to just 10 per month.  Is there a way to edit this and how should I have set iy up to give people the option?

    Hello;

    I checked your account and found already on OVERLIMIT, you can change submission from secure SSL forms by changing URL of forms to http:// and not https://

     kindly ensure you have paypal as the only payment option.I have some good guide links on setting paypal as an option payment before any form is submitted.

    Hi,

    The reason why everytime someone will submit on your form they are being redirected to paypal is because you are using a Payment Tool for paypal which will automatically redirect you there.

    Thank you... so I've removed the payment option.  Will my form still be disabled becasue I'm over the limit?

    Hi lsbeal,

    Unfortunately Yes.
    Your free subscription currently exceeded the 10 payment limit per month already. You will have to wait on the next month when it get reset again to be allowed payment transactions. Your payment form will be disabled.

    Hope this answers your question. Thanks.
