How do I put the form on my webpage?

You need to go to Publish wizard and get the embed code. Here's the guide:

1. In your Form Builder, click the Publish button.

2. In the Publish wizard, go to the Embed tab. Choose Embed in the Embed Options drop down. Click the Copy Code button.

3. Paste it in your web page. It is usually inside the body section of your HTML source.
