How can I have my embedded pop-up form only show on one page?

i would like to ask how to avoid to not showing popup on every single pageview. I would like to have it appears just only homepage but i dont know where i should edit it.

To my understanding you would like to only allow your form to pop-up on a single page instead of multiple pages, correct?

Which form are you trying to embed in your website for this?

And which page on your website do you only want it to appear on?

 

Name of the form is erekce,viagra - pop up. I want to pop up showing only on page erekceinfo.cz/index.htm . Not for any sub pages.

sorry but i was wrong about that. I would like to ask if can we set it like one time show that pop up whatever subpage or homepage it is. Allow for each UIP showing popup on time. Is it possible ?

You can embed your Registration form on a website using its Ligthbox embed code

Only embed the form to the page or pages you would like to display the form from.
