Refund for someone who took my survey

Hi- what if someone paid and they are requesting a refund? Is there a way to do this through your website?

Any refunds for transactions processed through your form would need to be done through the payment processor used in the form.  For example, if PayPal was used, the refund would need to be done through your PayPal account.
