Forms submitted online are not being received

    We have our jot forms on our website and once submitted online but they are not being received at our end.

    Please advise how to rectify this issue ASAP.

    I checked our logs for the address in your most recent form and it looks like the notifications are being sent from our end without issue.  Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there.
