Is there are membership features available on payment forms?

Is there any way I can create a form that will allow people to see if they have paid their membership dues?  In other words I would enter their email address if they have paid dues, then the form would say yes or no if they are in the database.  The client would enter their email address and get a response yes or no.

Unfortunately, we do not have membership features available for JotForm based forms.

As an alternative to the membership checking or as an addon to your own billing system, you might consider using recurring payment subscriptions on forms. The members will be automatically billed in this case.
