How can I reposition my form back into the center of the form page?

Please take a look at thei form https://form.jotform.com/60976538255972 and let me know how to center the form portion. It is left aligned and i cannot figure out how to fix.

I see you are trying to correct a problem with the positioning of your form as you want it centered instead of being left aligned as it is now.

To correct this problem simply replace the line of css code injected in your form with this one:

.form-all {

  margin-top: 80px

}
