    Forms not appearing in My Forms

    I have two forms on this page http://www.lancshumanism.org.uk/join.html  One is a multiple choice PayPal integrated form to allow people to pay membership fees online. The other similar PayPal form but for voluntary donations.

    I want to check back on submissions made via these forms but they don't appear in My Forms.  I guess they would have been made using v2. Can I still access them in my v3 panel?

    You can check the pending forms using Guide provided in this link; http://jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions

    We advice too to try changing the Submission email and check if yiu can get the submissions; thttp://jotform.com/help/25-Receiving-Emails-on-Form-Submissions

    You can also try to have Jotform IPs whitelisted by your webhost, it might be the issue of blocking them; http://jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Thanks for your reply. However I don't think I made myself clear.  I can't follow your advice on this because the two forms DON'T APPEAR IN "MY FORMS"  window.  

    The forms should be listed as LSH Join and LSH Donate.  I am attaching a screen shot of my "My Forms" page. You will see a couple of LSH forms (LSH BORROW adn LSH LEND" but the two Join and Donate don't appear.  [You can see the forms at http://www.lancshumanism.org.uk/join.html ]

    I am wondering whether this is because I created them in version 2?  Although I do have forms previously created in v2 that do appear here. So maybe that's not the reason.

    Be very grateful for your help.  I need to amend these forms and also check out how many times they have been used by whom and when.

    We can re-migrate your v2 forms to your v3. But any changes you made on these forms on v3 will be lost and any submission data you have on them will also be lost. Would you like us to go ahead an re-migrate your account from v2?

    Thank you.  Is it possible to extract the submission data before you migrate?  I need to be able to confirm a submission allegedly made in Februrary 2012.

    Try logging in to http://v2.jotform.com/ to extract the form's submission data. Let us know if you're done with it so we can proceed to re-migrate your form to v3.

    If you're having problems getting the submissions, please do inform us.

    Yes, as Neil said, please log into your v2 account. Compare your v2 and v3 data, and let us know if you would like us to re-migrate your account to v3.

    Thanks very much for all your help.

    Sorry to bother you again  (and I'm not sure if this is due to the migrate operation or not) but my Hardwick Appointments form seems to have got lost. It appears in the main list (see screen grab below) but will not preview and EDIT shows a blank screen.

    Interestingly the date is 28th March and I did do an amendment to the form around that time.  If it could be recovered then that would be great!"
