How to Edit what data is sumbitted to Google Spreadsheet

Hi I am having trouble controlling the data sent in my google spreadsheet integration. I would delete some of the categories from submission and also combine the First and Last name cells into one cell.

I want to remove the IP category, and Submission ID among others.

Here is my form -

If you want to combine first and last name cells, simply delete your name field, and replaced it for native text box which you can label as "Full name": 

If you do edits into the spreadsheet, the integration will break. I would recommend you to pull data from the integrated spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet by using IMPORTRANGE, and then customize the new one as you want to.
