I would like to limit the number of responses per question.

I am using this form to assign students into groups. The groups can only be four people, so not everybody can choose Monday at 12:00 for example. I see how to limit responses to the form in general, but not to an individual field or question.

If I understand you correctly, you would like to allow each person of the group to be able to select a specific appointment and not allow the other 3 to select the same date. Meaning that different users can select the same appointment but each person in the same group must select different appointments.

A possible work around would be to add a dropdown widget with each group. Also have different appointment widget, one for each group.

With show/hide condition, users can select their group and can see what appointment is available fro them.
