Are you referring to the zip file downloaded when you try to download all uploads made to your form?
Or are you referring to the zipped file after you tried to export all your data?
May we know which Windows OS are you using and if you are using a specific application to extract the file? May we also know if you are getting any error message and may we know the error message, please?

I was able to reproduce the issue you are having when I tried to extract the zipped file after downloading exported data from my account.
This seems to be happening only with windows' default extract option. For the meantime, you may try to use different file extractor apps to extract the downloaded zipped files.
I will submit this concern to our developers so they may look into the issue. Although there is no ETA to when this will be fixed, Please be assured that you will be notified via this thread for updates if there are any.
