Can you retain my file until it can be made windows compatible?

Are you referring to the submission data of your form? I checked your form and it seems you are out of Submission Storage. Free Account user has 500 submission storage limit. If you do not upgrade your account, your forms will be disabled but rest assured that all of your current submission data will still be accessible.
