Hi, I am trying to export my data to my PC using your "export data" features.
- However, I realize the zip file is empty. Can someone help me on this?

I checked your account and I was able to see what you are reporting.
When I download the zip file and opened it the it says the folder is empty.
I also tried to extract the zip file but I encountered an error.
I will need to escalate this issue to our development team so they can further check this. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

While this is being investigated, can you try to extract the downloaded zip file using winzip, winrar, 7zip and see if you can extract the data?
