Populate with data from an external google sheet

I would like to populate certain fields automatically.

For example :

I have in a google sheet the info : paul jones, 3 children, married

if mail is paul.jones@france.fr in the form, i would like that the fields number of children and marital status populate automatically.

Is it possible ? 

Unfortunately, you cannot populate the form from a Google Spreadsheet. It is not possible to integrate Jotform and Google Sheets that way.
