Not getting email notification

    I have checked and email address of your account is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result: is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
