Can your forms communicate with Salesforce to send an auto email to individual who filled out form?

Rather than building a web to lead form within Salesforce to send out an automated welcome email to individuals that have filled out a form, we’d like to see if your online forms can do this. We just can't create the custom feel that we think you'd be able to provide. Please advise.

You can create an autoresponder email that will send your customers an email whenever they fill the form. The Autoresponder email will be sent only if they successfully submit the form.

Does it append that data and that email into Salesforce?

In this case, the email will be sent to the users email address they entered in your form. You can make an integration with Salesforce and then the data will be appended to it. You will,however, have to map the fields with Salesforce. 

I don't understand what do you mean by email appending?
