Conditons to change "Thank you" message does not work.

    Ok what am I doing wrong.


    If the zip code they enter is not in our service area it should go to a thank you page that says sorry. But if they are in our service area it will go to the normal thank you page. 


    But it goes to the conditional "sorry" thank you page no matter what I do.

    Hello kauseway,

    Changing the condition to check if the value of "Service Area" is not equal to "yes" then the custom thank you message should be displayed. I have fixed this issue in your form. Please check the screenshot below:
