Themes: purchased theme not showing in my themes.

    Please provide a receipt of the purchased theme, so we can forward this to our second level to investigate further.

    You can use your theme now. You can find it on https://www.jotform.com/mythemes under "Purchased By You" section. Thanks for your cooperation and apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hello - I'm having the same problem: Just purchased a theme and can't see it anywhere in my account. I checked the "My Themes" section and don't see a "Purchased By You" option. Can you advise?
