I operate a personalized children's book website www.StorySuperStar.com. We use the form to collect the customers information to customize the books. Is there a way to use their form answers to show them how they will look in the book? Here is an example:Excerpt from Beauty and the Beast One sunny day (First Name) (Middle Name) (Last Name), age (Age), was strolling through a park in (City, State). Beautiful red roses were blooming all around her. The roses reminded (First Name) of the story (Friend 1, Friend 2 and Friend 3) had once read to her. The story was about a handsome prince who was turned into an ugly Beast because he was so mean and selfish.
I would like them to see the excerpt filled with the answers they provided on the form when they click submit. I read the user guide and found a possible solution with PHP but I'm a novice and wonder if there is a different way to populate the excerpt. I look forward to your response. Thank you!

Yes, you can do that (similar to what I have on my SS below).
You just need to copy the Form Fields tags, found on the Email Alerts, that you want to insert on your thank you page.
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Email Alerts
3. Click the notification you are using
4. Copy the Form Fields tags that you want to insert on your thank you page
5. Click Thank you
6. Insert the Form Fields tags where you want them to appear.
Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you.
