Is it possible to re-send the email of a "failed" email?

Yes, it is possible by editing the submission, for example, if the email did not send because the email address was in our bounce list, then you can do it by editing the submission.

First go to your submissions page and search the submission you did not receive via email and click on the edit button: 

Then click on the submit button without doing any change, this will trigger the email notifications:
