A couple of our submissions are not coming through via email, this only applies to a couple of people, why would that be?

    What is the form you are referring to? Based on this form http://www.jotform.co/form/31276410074850, I checked the recipient for it's notification, and our mail logs shows good delivery.

    Have you checked the spam folder? You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
