My account does not show any forms....what has happened?

I have a website called modestly yours swimwear.com

I have a few forms that I have had for years and when I log into jot form, it's not showing my forms.

Forms in the webpage you shared are under the account lisapiano3625 o I would suggest you to log into this account, you should find your forms there.
