Pushing info from one form to next using parameters

Hi, 

I have successfully been able to push info from Form 1: Pending Advance 1 - AC Application to Form 2: Pending Advance 2 - AC Application by adding parameter to my Thank You page URL. See below.

It has always worked flawlessly until recently when I added many more parameters on. Now the most curious part about it is that sometimes the parameters come through and sometimes they don't! And sometimes only SOME of them come through. I have double checked my parameters and I don't understand what is wrong with them. 

Does the order of the parameters matter? All my parameters are not always answers. In fact, every single time, some will be blank.

 

Recent examples of it not working:

 

Robert Day had "Who referred you" push through, but not "How did you hear about us?"

DeShawn Snow did NOT have "How did you hear about us" push through.

Hello Kayla,

I inspect your two forms and every single parameter in your 2nd form URL and they are all fine except the field tag of "How did you hear about us?" question which is incorrect. It has the following upon checking.

Please update it, that might fix the problem.
