When I link my form with insightly I can only select a limited list of fields to match with the form fields. Custom fields, for example, are not showing up although they are accessible thriough the insightly api. Am I doing something wrong?

I tested the form with my insightly account, and it appears that the fields are shown properly on the left side. However, it does appear that the custom fields are currently not displayed. Unfortunately, only the fields seen in the dropdown can be matched with the form, so custom fields cannot be matched at this time.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

So are you planning to fix this any time soon? It would be great to use jotform with insightly but without the custom fields, it’s useless. As I said, the api fully supports custom fields as well as tags so it’s only a matter of adding that functionality to your insightly module…

I have submitted a request on your behalf to our developers so they may look into it. We would like to apologize for we cannot provide any ETA to when this will be available. However, rest assured that you will be notified via this thread for updates if there are any.

Custom Fields are now available - they will be automatically listed while matching fields.
Please open your integration and match your custom fields.

This is great! Well done. However, after I integrated, my Form no longer works. It just gives me an error "This form is currently unavailable!" (see https://form.jotform.com/61794233831256). I also cannot move the fields around any more in the editor. I don't know if it's relatee to the custom fields or not, but it's a problem. I have tried reloading the page, but it did not help.
