If you mean how you will be notified on email form submission through email, then there's nothing to worry about. When you create a form, it has a notification by default. The email recipient used is your account email address. If you want to change it, here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
