Can I hire someone to create this form for me?!?!

Simply put, can I hire someone to create this form for me?! I have a brilliant idea. It's going to make my life easier and my business more profitable. And alas - it requires a form! So here I am trying to build a form for my website. It's so easy, they tell me. And I can geek out on this stuff to a certain point. So I dive in. I learn this, I learn that. Seems to be going fine until it's not. I get frustrated. I read the FAQ pages. I make incremental progress..... But really, I would rather just pay someone who is already an expert at JotForm to do this for me. Seriously. I am really not interested in learning this from scratch. I have the vision. Can someone provide the technical expertise to achieve that vision for me? 

Who is reading this? JotForm? Or the masses?
