I have not received my email notifications for this month. Customers have submitted their enquiries, but I have not received any email notification from Jot form.

I removed them from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.
For preventing that issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to email@example.com
In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist
