I can't receive e-mail notifications of g.scimenes@avventisti.it

Please, could you verify if my e-mail g.scimenes@avventisti.it result in the Black List of banned e-mails of you server?

I tried to insert this e-mail in recipient e-mails list or in Autoresponse, but I don't receive any notification.

I made test in two forms of my premium Jotform account (uicca):

I checked the email you provided (g.scimenes@avventisti.it) and the email is include on our bounce list.

I have removed the email on our bounce list. To avoid the email to be included on our bouncelist, please try to whitelist our IP addresses on your email server: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.

Now, I receive on g.scimenes@avventisti.it!
