Probleme with my conditionsAsked by JulieLabrosse on June 30, 2016 at 09:51 AM
Hi I have a probleme with one of my conditions with this form : Clone of FR_Clone of Carte cadeau | Au Premier Coiffure Spa. The condition I am having problem with is the first one (1)
When it is activated my adresse feild dosent show when other option than (recevoir par courriel ) are selected.
The condition you are showing is actually hiding the address field under "INFORMATIONS DESTINATAIRE".
I also see you are HIDING the address field multiple times:
In your conditions this is how it works:
IF "Recevoir par courriel" is EQUAL TO "Au destinataire" then HIDE Adresse
IF "Recevoir par courriel" is EQUAL TO "A l'acheteur" then HIDE Adresse
IF "Recevoir par la poste" is EQUAL TO "A l'acheteur" then HIDE Adresse
IF "Comment acheminer la carte cadeau" is EQUAL TO "Aller chercher la c..." then HIDE Adresse
ALL of the conditions above are hiding your address field, it is causing conflict with your conditions, you need to use the "SHOW" function instead of the "HIDE" function. It is also best to NOT create duplicate conditions or to avoid conflicting conditions like the ones you have setup.
If the condition to "SHOW" is NOT TRUE, then it will automatically hide the said field. Here's an example:
IF "Recevoir par courriel" is EQUAL TO "Au destinataire" then SHOW Adressse
If condition #1 is NOT TRUE, then it will automatically hide the "Adresse" field.
I hope that helps.
