I am not getting email notifications

    Well, this didn't solve my problem, my emails were not in the bounce list. It was working fine just up to about two days ago and suddenly stopped working.

    You are correct, both emails are not in the bounce list. Based on this thread, my colleague suggested to contact your email provider and have them white list our mail servers and IP addresses.

    If the issue persist, please try creating a separate email notifier for the other recipient.

    If it it still the same, please try using "noreply@jotform.com" as the Sender Email.
