Name of uploaded file

For the name of the file uploaded, is it possible to change it with the label of the field or an other field ?

For example the file uploaded in the the field "votre pièce d'identité" could be rename in "customer name_votre pièce d'identité"

Unfortunately this is currently not possible. You can integrate the form to DropBox or google drive and modify the name after the file is submitted.
