I received an email stating that I was out of form views for the month

I received an email stating that I was out of form views for the month and that my account will be disabled within the next business day if I did not upgrade my account.

Since today is the last day of the month, wouldn't my 1000 view limit reset tomorrow? therefore not need to upgrade?

Yes, you are correct. But if you need more of this limit, you may consider upgrading your account to our paid plan. You also have the option to lift the limit by simply enabling the Jotform Footer in your forms.
