Suggested payment solutions for for overseas clients

I need a better payment solution.   I like paypal, however, I need an additional payment method because paypal declines many of my customers transactions, especially overseas.   

I know the accounts are good because they process when I use Intuit to process them.   

You do not have an integration with Intuit so I need to know which solution has been more successful with both domestic and overseas transactions.  

They must be able to accept monthly and annual recurring payments.

You may try a Stripe integration, they work with international payments too.

We also use Stripe ourselves to accept JotForm subscription payments.
