I'm having some issues with the direct form link. I created a custom link but I'm not sure if it's case sensitive? If I type the custom link in lower case the wrong form doesn't come up. But if I type exactly how I have it in Custom Direct Form Link the correct form comes up. Please see the links below...
Correct Form Link:
I have inspected both links and form is exactly the same on my end. It is the same form. Form ID of both links is the same.
Is some other form shown on your end? Can you please provide us a screenshot and ID of that form?

I have checked both the screenshots and noticed that the horizontal rule is placed differently. However, when I tried accessing the both forms using the URLs provided, they look the same. Please see the screenshots below:
Could you try accessing the forms using a different browser and see if you still see the difference? You may also try accessing them using a private/incognito window.

Thank you for the Information but I'm a little lost on the horizontal rule?
Please take note that the JotForm username is case sensitive also. If you use different case on your username login, it will not work if the same account/username exist.
The custom URL name of the form includes your username. The URL will have conflict if the username part is not exact.
