    How is the data produced on the forms viewable?

    Is it in PDF style format? Is there a possibility of then producing the data in Excel without Zapier?

    Can I allocate the forms to different zone coordinators? Do they log in and see only their own folder?

    What reporting is there for the putput data?

    And can the forms be allocated to other users and then they can accept and decline them?

    We have this form submissions page where you can check the submissions in a grid layout. To access the submissions page, please follow the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

    Yes, you can have them as a PDF (single submission or list). You can download the submissions in a single excel/CSV file.
