Conditions Email Title

Is there a way to change the Subject title for an email coming from a "conditional" email. I have set up conditions for one email to be sent to a coworker. It works well, however, when it sends to the coworker, the subject like reads : "Re: Quality Form." 

 

This does not set it apart from other email. Is there a way to change the subject line?

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to change the subject line of the submission email you receive after the form is submitted. Is that correct?

But is there a way to add part of the submission response to the title?Ex:I can type in "Form - Needs Attention" But is there a way to add one of the fields (ex - date, submission ID, etc) so it automatically goes into the subject line? Each form will have a new Customer Name on it. Yes, you may include those on the Email Subject line too. On that same section where you will update the subject line, there's an icon on the far right that allows you to include the Submission ID, the Form Title, or even the form fields.
