How to turn off or change color of high light around each text box

When I go to fill out my form my first box says 

Name: First   

           Last

I go to click in those boxes to fill them out and it all turns yellow around that section like it is highlighting that section. I dont mind that however, when it does that I cannot read what the section says as the font is white. 

Is there a way to change the yellow color or to change the font to a darker color when it highlights? I dont get how I am supposed to fill out my form when I can't read it while filling it out. I feel like my other forms dont have this issue
