The recipient email for your form was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now bee white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender:
